Flooding in Minnesota
Flooding caused by rain in Duluth, Minnesota, has already caused $80 million in damages. Floodwaters have swamped the northeast Minnesota city and nearby communities this week.
The flooding is the worst to ever hit the city. Dozens of roads have been destroyed. No deaths have been reported.
