Jhonathan Florez Wingsuit Jump: Colombian Daredevil Breaks 4 Records (VIDEO)
Talk about a leap of faith.
Colombian daredevil Jhonathan Florezrecently shattered four world records, and all it took was one very bold jump. The 29-year-old leapt from a plane at 37,265 feet with a specialized wingsuit, and luckily for us, he kept the cameras rolling.

According to the video’s description on YouTube, Florez reached speeds over 100 miles per hour as he soared over Guajira, Colombia. The feat set the Guinness record for the longest duration wingsuit jump, clocking in at a full nine minutes and six seconds. Enduring temperatures as low as -45 degrees, the stuntman added the greatest horizontal distance ever flown in a wingsuit to his repertoire — a total of 16.315 miles — along with records for highest elevation for a wingsuit jump and longest absolute distance.
“When you are up there it really feels like you are flying,” Florez told The Telegraph. “It was great to break so many records in just one attempt.
