RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase from Sky-Today. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase) cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Visit sky-today.com and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

EXCHANGES

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original purchase and place a new order on sky-today.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photos for verification before processing a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus any international transaction fees.
